On 21st June 2015, on the occasion of International Yoga Divas VKV Ramnagar, Silchar also conducted Yoga on two phases. In the 1st phase the yoga was conducted for the parents, Vivekananda Kendra Karyakartas and others at 6 AM with prayer. Where Shri Kamlakant Baliarsingh, Regional Administrative Officer and Shri Shasanka Roy, Principal of the Vidyalaya conduct the yoga for the parents and others.
In the next phase yoga was conducted for the teachers and students of the Vidyalaya. Where Shasanka Roy and Shri Amal Rishi, Yoga teacher conduct for the students and Shri Kamlakant Sir and Shri Biswajit Sir conduct for the teachers and students separately.
