Rabindranath Jayanti was celebrated with great enthusiasm and reverence in the school premises. The programme commenced with floral tribute and prayer in honour of Rabindranath Tagore. The event witnessed a colourful cultural programme presented by the students, including songs, recitations and dance performances based on the works of the মহান কবি.
The programme was graced by the presence of chief guest Amol Kanti Deb, a renowned cultural activist from Silchar, who addressed the gathering and highlighted the timeless relevance of Rabindranath Tagore’s ideals and literary contributions.
Students of the school also participated in a cultural programme organised at Gandhi Bhawan on the occasion of Rabindranath Jayanti, where they showcased their talents and paid tribute to the legendary poet through various performances.
The celebration concluded with a vote of thanks, leaving everyone inspired by the life, philosophy and creations of Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore.
