The program started with the washing of feet of the parents by the students. Then the program continued in the assembly hall.
It started with an welcome address by respected Principal sir Sri Bijan Saha. Through his speech he focussed on the importance of parents in our life and encouraged the students to be a good human being and work for the society in mere future.The chief guest of the program was Dr. Jibendu Dutta, Principal of DIET, Udharbond. The program was hosted by Sri Trideep Goswami , Sanskrit teacher, Badarpur.He recited various verses from Gita and guided the students through many inspirational stories, to always take the blessings of their parents in life and perform good deeds.
After that the Utsarga ceremony there was experience and view sharing by some student's parents like, Adrita, Ulrika, Arindam, Birjit, Y. Rohit. Followed by that a few students of class X and IX also shared their experiences.
After that the chief guest of the program, guided the students with his valuable words. Lastly, a few teachers of our vidyalaya also shared their experiences and wished the students good luck for their exam and upcoming future. The program ended with Shanti Path.
